- Entry requirements
- New students take a placement test; levels are class placements within this course. Confirm academic eligibility, required documents, fees and the appropriate study or visa route with KLCP. The published domestic-applicant category refers to people already holding a Korean long-term visa valid for at least six months who do not need to change to D-4 status; being physically in Korea alone does not establish that category. Original documents must reach the administrative office by post within your category’s submission window. Attendance and first-week participation rules apply; confirm the exact progression and registration consequences with the university.
- Intake
- Spring 2027 classes run from 8 March to 18 May, with placement on 3 March. The published document-receipt windows differ by category: overseas applicants in the university’s designated-country group, including mainland China and Vietnam, 10 December 2026–8 January 2027; other overseas applicants, 10 December 2026–22 January 2027; eligible applicants already in Korea, 8–12 February 2027. Physical originals must arrive by post within the applicable period. Exact cutoff times and timezones are not stated. The university also publishes summer, autumn and winter 2027 terms; confirm your category, available places and any schedule changes before applying.
