YOUR INFORMATION AND PRIVACY.

Your information and privacy.

How your enquiry and study account information are handled.

What we collect

For an initial enquiry, we ask for your goals, education, language background, intended dates, budget, current country and contact preferences. An account adds your name, email address and a securely hashed password. We ask for sensitive supporting documents only when they are needed for an agreed task.

How we use it

Your information helps us respond, compare relevant study routes, prepare agreed services and keep track of your case. Your contact language, nationality and current residence are separate facts. We don’t infer admissions eligibility from the language you choose.

Your files and conversations

Case records and documents are available to your authenticated account and authorised staff. Public pages and course searches do not include your private files. A case reference alone does not grant access. Ask us before sending information about another person, and make sure you have the appropriate permission.

Sharing for a service

Submitting an enquiry does not authorise an application to a school. Before an external submission or arrangement, we confirm the purpose, recipient and necessary information with you. We do not sell enquiry details.

Browser storage and cookies

Essential WordPress cookies keep you signed in. Your browser can save your intake draft and shortlisted course IDs locally. Drafts exclude passwords and file uploads. You can clear this information through your browser settings; clearing it may remove an unfinished form or shortlist. No advertising trackers are included.

Access, correction and deletion

Use your study account to ask about your information, correct a detail or request deletion. Some agreed transaction records may need to be retained for a relevant requirement; we will explain the reason and applicable period when handling the request. Don’t place sensitive details in the subject of a message.
