Teaching language
Confirm the language used in classes. The guide’s Korean-language entry requirements and normally Korean interview do not establish the teaching language of every course.
Entry requirements
The 2027 foreign-admission guide requires a foreign applicant with foreign parents and excludes dual nationals. Its normal school-education basis is a 12-year-equivalent curriculum; unavoidable system differences may allow one missing semester, subject to the stated 23-semester minimum. GED, homeschooling and cyber-learning equivalency are excluded. For arts and sports, the guide requires TOPIK Level 2 or Mokwon’s M-TOPIK Level 2. Applicants to the College of Art and Design and the College of Webtoon, Animation and Game must submit a portfolio of at least 10 A4 pages. Interviews are normally in Korean and carry 100% for these non-music units; an interview score below 60% results in rejection. Confirm assessment arrangements and portfolio format with the international office. Submit the school graduation or expected-graduation evidence, transcripts, nationality/family evidence and authenticated translations required by the checklist. The listed financial-guarantor bank-balance evidence is at least KRW 16,000,000, subject to stated exceptions; it is proof of funds, not a fee. Apply to one admission unit only. Transfer applicants have separate prior-study, credit and similar-major checks. Qualification recognition, admission and any professional certification require separate confirmation.
Course fees
The 2027 international freshman/transfer guide lists a KRW 65,000 application fee for non-music departments. This is not tuition or the KRW 16,000,000 proof-of-funds requirement. The guide states that submitted documents and the application fee are not returned. Confirm payment arrangements, any separate portal charges, tuition, living costs and applicable refund conditions before paying.
