Teaching language
Listed under the English Track in the 2026 graduate programme overview. Confirm the actual module, assessment and supervision languages, together with current course availability. The track label does not establish that every element is delivered entirely in English.
Duration
Confirm the department’s current study period, credits, attendance, supervision and thesis or other completion requirements. The admission guide does not establish a duration or a coursework-only or research-only route for this individual Master’s programme.
Entry requirements
The Master’s route requires a bachelor’s degree from a domestic or overseas university, expected completion by the relevant intake’s deadline, or an accepted legal equivalent. The historical expected-graduation references were February or August 2026. The applicant and both parents must be foreign nationals, and the guide excludes dual nationals; obtain an individual nationality and education-history check. For the English Track, the language row lists IELTS 5.5, TOEFL PBT 550 or TOEFL iBT 80, with valid scores accepted up to the application deadline. Applicants who completed high school in a country listed as English-native may be exempt from submitting language scores: South Africa, New Zealand, the USA, Ireland, the UK, Canada and Australia. Confirm the accepted evidence; nationality alone does not establish this education-based exemption. The guide describes a separate university Korean course, with extra tuition, for applicants who do not meet the listed language conditions; confirm whether that route is available for your intended entry. Evaluation combines document review and an interview, each worth 50 points. A score of 70 points or less is disqualifying, and missing the interview can disqualify an applicant. The interview may be in person, by telephone or by video; this does not establish the degree’s teaching mode. Prepare the online application, self-introduction and study plan, academic-verification and personal-information consent, original valid language evidence, university qualification and all-course transcripts, family-relations evidence, and applicant/parent passport or identity copies as applicable. Academic evidence requires the prescribed apostille or consular confirmation. If a parent’s passport is unavailable, the guide permits another valid identity document. Existing foreign-registration-card holders have an additional copy requirement. The materials checklist includes a bank certificate showing at least KRW 16,000,000 or the equivalent in foreign currency. Confirm the current accepted bank, account holder, certificate-issuance window and any holding requirement before arranging funds; no specific CNY or VND amount is supplied here. Follow the applicable Korean or English translation instructions and obtain the current country-specific checklist; additional evidence may be requested. Submit the complete documents within the stated period. Admission may be cancelled if a visa is denied, and acceptance is not a visa guarantee.
Course fees
The 2026 guide lists an application charge of KRW 100,000. It states that submitted application charges are not refundable; confirm the current terms before applying. The programme tuition figures are 2025 references and do not identify a billing period, so no tuition amount or reduced net fee is quoted here. Obtain the current full invoice and payment schedule. A separately listed international-student support service charge is KRW 300,000, covering orientation, student support, foreigner-registration assistance and one year of accident and life/health insurance. Confirm its current amount, whether it is required for your entry, how often it is charged and the actual insurance cover. The dormitory reference is KRW 1,130,000 for six months in a two-person room, excluding meals, based on 2025. The guide limits dormitory residence to a maximum of one semester; confirm current availability and the contract period. English-track first-semester scholarship ratios are listed as 30%, 40%, 50%, 60% and 70% at IELTS 5.5, 6.0, 6.5, 7.0 and 8.0 respectively. The corresponding listed TOEFL iBT scores are 80, 85, 90, 100 and 110. Confirm the accepted test, award basis, covered charges and current eligibility before relying on a ratio. Later-semester scholarships follow separate international-student guidelines. Korean-track TOPIK award bands are separate. No scholarship, combination of awards or net fee is guaranteed.
