Confirm any laboratory, teaching-practice, examination or field-activity venues and required attendance before arranging travel. Study does not guarantee Korean residence or a visa.
- Location
- Seoul
- Teaching language
- The course develops Korean language skills. Its English page describes subtitles and English syllabi and teaching plans to support foreign learners. These materials do not establish that classes or assessments are delivered in English. Confirm the language mix and current entry evidence.
- Study mode
- The course describes online cultural experiences, offline lectures and field-based activities, together with teaching practice in the education pathway. Confirm which activities are compulsory, where they take place and whether you can complete them from your country. The university’s academic guide describes scheduled real-time examinations and assignment-based exams; confirm which formats apply to your courses, the current requirements and the exam timezone.
- Duration
- The ordinary freshman degree framework is four years and at least eight semesters, with a minimum of 140 credits. The single-major credit table lists at least 27 general-education credits and 47 major credits, with the department’s graduation requirement. Confirm the credit plan for your entry category, previous-credit recognition and chosen study path. Early completion is conditional and requires an application; it is not a guaranteed shortened course.
- Entry requirements
- Confirm the current educational qualifications, nationality and parent-document rules, authentication and programme-specific assessments for your application category. The university’s foreign-student academic rules cover students admitted through its extra-quota foreign special-admission route. Their undergraduate entry benchmark is a valid TOPIK level 3 or higher. The rules also describe Korean study after admission for students below that benchmark: 300 hours, worth 20 credits, during the first year, reduced to 120 hours and 8 credits if the benchmark is met in the first semester. This provision does not establish that you qualify for admission below TOPIK level 3. Confirm approval for your route and how these credits fit the degree plan. Admission and graduation language requirements are separate. The university’s graduation table includes TOPIK level 4 and other evidence, while the Korean language programme also names TOPIK level 4 for foreign graduation. Obtain confirmation of the accepted evidence and any exemption for your programme. The ordinary graduation framework also lists an overall grade-point average of at least 1.50 and a departmental graduation requirement; these are not admission grade thresholds. Foreign-special-route freshmen have a stated exemption from named general-education graduation courses, which does not waive all general-education credits. Admission, a scholarship, professional certification, employment and visa eligibility are not guaranteed.
- Intake
- The university-wide academic calendar lists 1 December 2026 as an admission-period date for first-year, transfer and part-time students. That entry has no closing date and does not separately identify this programme’s international category. Ask us to confirm whether it applies to your intended entry, the programme’s availability, and the deadlines for applications and original documents.
