- Entry requirements
- The Spring 2026 guide provides two nationality routes: non-Korean applicants with two non-Korean parents, excluding Korean dual nationality held by the applicant or a parent; or naturalised Koreans who meet its overseas-education conditions covering the equivalent of 12 years of schooling and a four-year university curriculum outside Korea. Confirm the evidence for your route. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is required for the master’s route. For the Korean track in this field, the guide lists TOPIK Level 4 or above for entry. For graduation on the Korean track, it lists TOPIK Level 4. Entry and graduation requirements follow the chosen track and are not interchangeable. You must contact a professor in your chosen major and obtain approval before applying. The guide also requires an advisory-professor confirmation letter and a recommendation sent directly to admissions by a professor from your previous degree programme. Confirm the current document list, degree recognition, translations and authentication. A scholarship is not guaranteed by admission or professor contact. The guide requires a notarised bank statement showing KRW 16,000,000 only from successful applicants who do not receive a Financial Support Guarantee Letter from their advisor or the university. This is post-offer financial evidence, not a tuition charge. Confirm current timing and documentation; the controlling Korean guide takes precedence over its English translation.
- Course fees
- The Spring 2026 guide lists tuition of KRW 3,970,000 every semester for this major, an entrance fee of KRW 775,000 once at admission and a registration fee of KRW 100,000 once at admission. The application fee is KRW 70,000; overseas banking charges are additional and the net amount transferred must equal KRW 70,000. The guide describes the application fee as non-refundable unless agreed beforehand. These are published reference charges, not a current invoice or a guaranteed net price after scholarship. Confirm current rates, insurance, housing, meals, other charges and refund terms before paying.
