A qualifying master’s degree is required. Meet the university’s international-applicant nationality rules for you and both parents, including citizenship timing; Korean dual nationality and stateless status are excluded. Meet one of the guide’s accepted language-evidence routes, with valid certificates and any documented exemption conditions. Course fees
