Entry requirements
The following describes the 2026 brochure’s general application checklist; confirm which items apply to your course, citizenship and residence status. It lists a high-school diploma or equivalent, GEI application and study-plan forms, privacy consent, passport, an alien registration card where applicable, two white-background photographs measuring 3.5 × 4.5 cm, original academic certificates and transcripts, insurance evidence and financial documents. The Korean version includes expected-graduation evidence and uses a different citizenship-category description from the English version; confirm eligibility if you have not yet graduated, are an overseas Korean or have acquired Korean citizenship. Academic records require the stated Apostille or Korean consular authentication; confirm the current process for where you studied. The general financial checklist gives USD 10,000 as a bank-balance reference, separate from course fees. Its Korean text restricts account holders to the applicant or parents, while the English text more generally requests relationship evidence for a different holder; confirm the accepted holder, balance, certificate format and any holding period before arranging funds. A Korean sponsorship letter may be required depending on the applicant’s country; the Korean and English descriptions differ and the brochure does not provide the country list. Confirm whether it applies to you. The guide asks for scans of originals followed by delivery of the required originals, received by the closing date. Confirm any course-specific document or arrival deadline and insurance requirement. Course enrolment does not establish visa eligibility or admission to a degree programme. Merit scholarships depend on ranking and score thresholds and require registration for the following term. The Korean and English attendance-award descriptions differ; confirm the conditions rather than assuming an automatic discount.
Course fees
The 2026 brochure lists KRW 1,500,000 per regular term, including cultural activities. Its general application-fee row lists KRW 100,000 as non-refundable; confirm the current terms before applying. Dormitory charges are separate: the Korean table specifies a three-month period, with KRW 1,089,000 for a single room, KRW 1,053,000 for a double room or KRW 783,000 for a four-person room. Confirm availability, the applicable accommodation period, insurance, books and written payment and refund terms. These are brochure references, not a confirmed invoice.
