Entry requirements
The Center lists foreign nationals or overseas Koreans who have completed or expect to complete high school, or have higher education. Apply online through the Center’s form; results are individually notified one week after the deadline, and tuition is paid after admission. Applicants needing a D-4 visa have a separate document checklist; it includes a bank statement showing at least KRW 8,000,000 in the applicant’s or parent’s name, issued within 30 days of application. Korean/English translation or notarisation is required for documents as stated on the Center page. China-specific family-relationship evidence rules apply only to Chinese applicants. Confirm the checklist for your visa and applicant category. The Center states that submitted documents and application fees are non-refundable.

For Spring 2027 onward, the University’s 9 September 2026 notice sets tuition at KRW 1,400,000 per semester, effective 1 March 2027. The older displayed KRW 1,300,000 rate applies before that change. Confirm the amount on the term invoice and whether any additional costs apply.
Application fee
KRW 70,000 from Spring 2027, effective 1 March 2027, per the University notice. The application page says submitted documents and application fee are non-refundable. Confirm the fee for any earlier term.
Refund terms
The Center’s table lists a full tuition refund before classes, 66% before one-third of total course hours, 50% before halfway, and no refund after halfway. It says refunds are paid within two business weeks after a refund request is received. A separate no-refund exception applies in specified D-4/immigration-violation cases; confirm how the policy applies to your circumstances.
Intake
The Center describes four terms each year: spring, summer, autumn and winter. Its displayed 2026 schedule includes Winter from 1 December 2026 to 12 February 2027, with an application deadline of 29 September 2026; that deadline had passed when checked on 31 October 2026. The Center says dates may change and that additional applications may be considered depending on admissions and visa timing. No 2027 term schedule, open status or available places were verified; confirm directly.
