The English text also mentions expected graduates and equivalent education; confirm acceptance of expected-graduation evidence and the final-document deadline. Its registration process lists document screening, an interview and acceptance announcement, tuition payment and a university admission document before the individual visa process. Direct applicants are asked to contact the Office of International Affairs for further information. Confirm the current document checklist, payment amount, housing and any applicant-specific conditions. Admission, visa approval, proficiency-test results and later degree admission are separate decisions.
