- Hold a recognised master’s degree, or expect to obtain it by February 2027, or meet the university’s accepted equivalent. The guide permits applicants from other previous majors; overseas universities must be officially recognised in their country. Submit the application and study/research plan, degree and transcript evidence, photograph and applicable supporting documents by the document-arrival deadline. Overseas qualifications require the university’s stated verification and notarised Korean translations; confirm the issuing-country procedure and any additional requests.
