- The 2027 foreign-admission guide requires a foreign applicant with foreign parents and excludes dual nationals. Its normal school-education basis is a 12-year-equivalent curriculum; unavoidable system differences may allow one missing semester, subject to the stated 23-semester minimum. GED, homeschooling and cyber-learning equivalency are excluded. For arts and sports, the guide requires TOPIK Level 2 or Mokwon’s M-TOPIK Level 2. Applicants to the College of Art and Design and the College of Webtoon, Animation and Game must submit a portfolio of at least 10 A4 pages. Interviews are normally in Korean and carry 100% for these non-music units; an interview score below 60% results in rejection. Submit the school graduation or expected-graduation evidence, transcripts, nationality/family evidence and authenticated translations required by the checklist.
