- The leaflet requires a high-school diploma or higher. If two or more years have passed since your last graduation, provide supporting evidence of employment, further language study or other activities. The two-semester checklist includes a completed online application printed and signed in two places, passport copy, academic transcripts and graduation evidence, authenticated graduation documents and an original recent bank certificate. The printed bank minimum is unclear and needs written confirmation before you rely on it; no financial threshold is quoted here. The leaflet names the applicant as account holder but also requests supplementary information for a parent’s certificate, so confirm the accepted account holder and amount. The bank certificate must be issued within 30 days; this is not stated as a deposit-holding period.
