- You must be recommended by an overseas partner university under an agreement between the institutions. The published checklist lists an application, recommendation letter, personal statement and study plan, transcript, enrolment certificate, passport copy and three photos; it also lists an additional identity-document copy for Chinese students. Copies of TOPIK and TOEIC or TOEFL evidence are listed without minimum scores or a clear rule for which evidence applies to each applicant; confirm the exact language checklist with both universities.
