- Teaching language
- Teaching and assessment languages are not stated for this programme in the retained recruitment row. Ask us to check the current arrangements. Accepted English-language admission scores and Vietnamese/English counselling do not establish whole-course teaching in those languages.
- Duration
- The college’s Associate Degree profile gives a two-year reference, with listed exceptions for other programmes. Confirm the current duration and completion requirements for this programme.
- Entry requirements
- The guide requires a high-school diploma or equivalent/higher education, non-Korean citizenship for the applicant and parents, and no disqualifying grounds for the stated D-2-1 visa route. Admission does not guarantee a visa. Language evidence is selected from TOPIK level 2 or above or a KMCU Korean Test pass, KIIP level 2 or above completion, Sejong Institute level 2B or above, or an accepted English score such as TOEFL iBT 59, IELTS 5.5, CEFR B2 or New TEPS 202. Confirm test validity and any school-approved equivalents; English-score acceptance does not establish English-medium teaching. Selection uses an in-depth interview covering academic motivation, adaptability, communication and major-related knowledge, each worth 25%. A score below 50 out of 100 or non-attendance results in disqualification. The guide allows phone/video interviews for overseas applicants; confirm your individual arrangements. Prepare the application, final-education evidence, family/birth records, passport/photo, financial evidence and the checklist for your overseas/domestic status. Follow original, Korean/English translation/notarisation, apostille or consular-authentication and recency rules. The ordinary bank-balance reference is at least KRW 16,000,000; the KRW 8,000,000 exception is only for graduates of KMCU’s own Language Institute. An original bank certificate issued within one month and evidence supporting the balance are required. Parent-income and parent-ID requirements apply to the overseas column; domestic applicants have additional language-institute records, prior-semester attendance evidence, visa-change and Daegu housing-document items. The domestic language-institute attendance row gives 70%, not a universal degree-completion attendance threshold. Both statuses must submit required originals; postal documents must arrive by the stated deadline, with 18:00 given in the guide. From the second semester, entrants using KMCU’s Korean test, Sejong or English evidence must provide TOPIK level 2 or above or KIIP level 2 or above for continued tuition reductions. Confirm the current certificate rules, full checklist and any status-specific simplification. Submitted application documents are not returned.
- Course fees
- Historical Fall 2026 full-rate tuition reference: KRW 3,591,000 for the admission semester and KRW 3,353,000 for each remaining semester, before any individual scholarship. The guide has separate freshman and enrolled-student reduction tables with certificate-dependent conditions; a first-semester reduction is not a continuing scholarship guarantee. Those tables exclude a KRW 79,000 student council fee, whose current liability and billing should be confirmed. The KRW 135,000 visa-change/screening item appears in the domestic-applicant checklist and is not a universal tuition or application charge. Obtain a current itemised invoice, scholarship assessment and compulsory extras before payment. No net, annual or full-degree total is quoted.
- Intake
- The published Fall 2026 applications ran from 11 May to 5 June and from 22 June to 3 July 2026, both now past. Interview/practical-test, results, tuition-payment and visa-screening dates are separate stages. Historical quotas do not establish current places. Ask us to check the next suitable intake and current deadlines.
